ALICE

ALICE is a music venue in Nørrebro that combines a bar with a programme spanning jazz, live music and electronic sets, positioning itself as a space for curious listeners rather than a single-genre club. Its electronic programming sits alongside live jazz and other performance formats, giving ALICE a more genre-fluid identity than Copenhagen's dedicated techno and house rooms. The venue's setting favours a listening-bar atmosphere — closer to a small concert room than a large dancefloor-first club — which shapes the kind of electronic programming it hosts, often leaning toward more textured or DJ-set formats than peak-time club nights. ALICE adds a distinct, cross-genre voice to Nørrebro's music scene, complementing the area's other electronic venues like RUST with a smaller, more intimate format.
